Join us for a night that celebrates and exposes people to the creative talents and rich arts scene only the Minneapolis community has to offer. Through engaging and unique experiences that appeal to your senses, our goal is to make people feel more alive, authentically connected, and unapologetically themselves. We’re creating a safe space fueled by curiosity and acceptance, that enables us to express our deep love for the power of community.
At Haus of Sonder, we specialize in understanding and bringing people and brands together to create a true sense of belonging without barriers. This event is an invitation and welcoming reception to our Haus.
Who is this event for?
It’s for you! All of you! But, we know that’s sometimes confusing, so…
Minnesota Citizens: Someone who has been feeling isolated, disconnected, or distant from belonging but believes in the power of community and longs for it in Minnesota.
Brands, Partners, and Sponsors: Those who believe building community, belonging, creativity, and celebrating culture is vital to both revitalizing downtown Minneapolis and to the success of their brand’s vision, mission, values, and bottom line.
Artists: Creatives who believe in the power of community and have a vested interest in using their talents to break down barriers in order to bring people together in Minneapolis.
“Sonder” — noun. the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own — populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness — an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you’ll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk.
